jiwin Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "jiwin", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the jiwin online gaming platform, accessible at jiwin.bio, and operated by its internationally licensed operating entity.
• "Platform" means the jiwin website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated gaming services accessible via jiwin.bio.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jiwin Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the jiwin Platform.

jiwin reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation from any Player at any time as part of its ongoing KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations under its international licence.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) jiwin Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your Account, you must provide accurate, truthful, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.

• Your jiwin username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• jiwin will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jiwin support immediately.
• You must notify jiwin immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

jiwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 network). jiwin does not accept deposits from credit cards or any payment method not listed in the current jiwin cashier.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your jiwin Account balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or USDT equivalent, depending on the payment method selected. A minimum deposit threshold applies and is displayed within the jiwin cashier at the time of transaction. jiwin does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider (e.g. JazzCash or EasyPaisa) may apply their own transaction charges, for which jiwin bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. jiwin targets same-business-day processing for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan) may take up to three (3) business days. USDT withdrawals are typically processed within two (2) hours of approval.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been satisfied.
• jiwin reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding PKR 100,000 or USDT equivalent.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the jiwin cashier.
• jiwin reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected pending investigation.

jiwin offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All jiwin promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g. 30x) that must be fulfilled before the Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the promotion page.
• Time Limits: Each bonus carries an expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all game categories contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, sports bets, and fishing games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum bet per spin or round applies. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus wagering is outstanding may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jiwin reserves the right to void the affected round and return wagers to the Players involved.
• Incomplete game rounds at the time of a system error will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's stated malfunction policy.
• Obvious errors in displayed odds, payouts, or bonus values are non-binding on jiwin. jiwin reserves the right to correct such errors and void affected wagers at its sole discretion.
• jiwin cricket and sports betting markets are subject to separate sportsbook rules, including settlement rules for abandoned matches, revised DLS targets, and in-play market suspension policies.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiwin Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Use of stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods, chargebacks, or any other form of financial fraud directed at jiwin or its payment providers.
• Money Laundering: Using the jiwin Platform to layer, integrate, or otherwise process proceeds of crime. jiwin is obligated to report suspicious financial activity under its international licence conditions.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one jiwin Account, whether directly or through a proxy, associate, or family member for the purpose of receiving multiple bonuses or circumventing Account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players at live tables, in poker rooms, or in any other game format to gain an unfair advantage over jiwin or other Players.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Deploying any script, bot, artificial intelligence, or automated decision-making software to interact with the jiwin Platform in substitution for or in assistance of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any glitch, bug, or error in jiwin's Platform software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or identified error are void.
• Abusive Behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward jiwin support staff, other Players, or live dealer personnel.

All content on the jiwin Platform — including but not limited to the jiwin name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game content, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiwin Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any jiwin Platform content without prior written authorisation from jiwin.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any part of the jiwin website.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jiwin software or game code.
• Use the jiwin name, logo, or branding in any context without jiwin's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiwin's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the jiwin Platform, or any gaming activity shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jiwin Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiwin is not liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions.
• Loss of data or Account information resulting from circumstances outside jiwin's reasonable control.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Any loss or damage arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on third-party sites that link to or from jiwin.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by internet connectivity failures, device incompatibilities, or events of force majeure including natural disasters, government actions, or network outages.

jiwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its Pakistani player base. jiwin provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible at any time from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR caps on the amount you can deposit into your jiwin Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen notifications reminding you of the time elapsed in your current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your Account from all jiwin gaming activity for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

jiwin reserves the right to close or suspend any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass or cooperate with KYC verification procedures.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Identification of the Account holder as an ineligible player (under 21, Prohibited Territory, etc.).
• Any regulatory instruction or court order requiring Account restriction or closure.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jiwin reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part at jiwin's discretion in accordance with applicable licence conditions.

jiwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering a jiwin Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing commitments applicable to Pakistani players include:

• Your personal data is used solely for Account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and the delivery of jiwin's gaming services.

The revised Terms will become effective on the date specified in the update notice, which will be no less than seven (7) calendar days after the notification is issued, except where jiwin is required to implement changes immediately to comply with a regulatory direction or legal obligation.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the jiwin Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jiwin holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiwin Platform, jiwin and the Player agree to first attempt resolution through jiwin's internal dispute resolution process, accessible via the 24/7 live support channel.

If an internal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being formally raised, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by jiwin's licence-issuing authority. jiwin will cooperate fully with any such adjudication process.

Nothing in this section prevents jiwin from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests, including the protection of intellectual property rights or prevention of ongoing fraudulent activity.
